Description of Service
Engram is a self-hosted organizational intelligence platform designed to capture, connect, and surface institutional knowledge within your organization. The platform is deployed on your own infrastructure and processes data locally using Trusted Execution Environments and Confidential Computing.
Account & Access
Certain areas of our website, including pitch decks and restricted content, may require an access code or credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access codes provided to you. Sharing access codes outside of their intended recipients is prohibited.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and documentation, is the property of Engram and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Engram and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Data & Privacy
Your use of Engram is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. The Engram platform is self-hosted within your infrastructure — we have no access to your organizational data during normal operation.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
