We collect only the information you provide through our contact form (your name, email address, company name, and message) and basic, anonymous website usage data through our self-hosted analytics. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party data collection tools.

How We Use It

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry and to understand whether Engram is a good fit for your organization. We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to third parties.

Website Analytics

We use Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand how visitors use our website. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. All analytics data is stored on our own infrastructure and is never shared with third parties.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is stored with Brevo, our email service provider. Your email is used solely to send you updates about Engram and is never shared with third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Email Communications

All email communications are handled through Proton Mail, an end-to-end encrypted email provider based in Switzerland.

Data Storage

All data is stored in Switzerland, subject to Swiss data protection law (nDSG) and compliant with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We retain contact form data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected.

Engram Product Privacy

Engram, the product, is self-hosted within your organization’s infrastructure. We have no access to your organizational data. Engram processes data locally using Trusted Execution Environments and Confidential Computing. No data leaves your infrastructure during normal operation.
